Our Support Team operates Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (New Zealand Standard Time, GMT+12).
Outside of these hours, there may be a delay, and response times may be longer on weekends and public holidays. However, we will respond as soon as possible.
We strive to respond to all tickets within 24 hours.
